Where We Ship
We currently ship across Pakistan. International shipping isn't available yet, but we're working on it for our diaspora customers.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your city. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may offer free shipping during promotions any such offer will be clearly shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for our courier partner at the time of delivery.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by our courier partners, weather, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your order's status.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.
